IS ANY PAINTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?
No experience required! A 2 hour fun evening with our artist who will guide you through step by step, from start to finished painting that you get to take home. Includes one 16x20" Canvas, brushes, apron, non-toxic acrylic paint and easel. A great relaxed & creative night out! Perfect for the "Girls Night", "Date Night" or office get together!
HOW LONG DOES AN EVENT TAKE?
Our events typically take 2 hours. Our Plant & Cocktails events take a little less time.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AT THE EVENT?
Come casual. We provide all the supplies (canvas, brushes & paints) to create your masterpiece. We also include an apron for you, however we suggest you dress comfortably in clothes that won’t be ruined by a rogue splatter of paint.
DO I HAVE TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
A sense of humour and a smile.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unable to attend your event? Please let us know and we would be happy to transfer you to another event of equal value. If you would like to transfer to an event with a higher ticket price you are welcome to do so, but you will be responsible for paying the cost difference. All transfers are subject to space availability. If you would like to transfer, please email us at info@paintandcocktails.com and include the date and location of the event you will be missing.
WHAT IF I MISSED MY SCHEDULED EVENT?
Tickets may be transferred up to 48 hours after your scheduled event. Please email us at info@paintandcocktails.com including the date and location of the missed event.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
There are no refunds for unused tickets unless the event is cancelled by Paint and Cocktails. You can transfer your ticket to another event. Please email us at info@paintandcocktails.com to arrange.
MY EVENT WAS CANCELLED - NOW WHAT?
We reserve the right to cancel events. Sometimes we cancel because not enough tickets were sold, the weather is bad or the venue has had to cancel. If this happens, we will send you an email and offer to reschedule your ticket or a refund – your choice.
I HAVE PURCHASED A GROUPON/WAGJAG VOUCHER TO AN EVENT - HOW DO I USE IT?
Your voucher or coupon can be redeemed for a ticket to an event with Paint and Cocktails. Please email us at info@paintandcocktails.com to apply your coupon toward an event. You can not just show up at an event – you must be booked into our attendance system by emailing us and following the instructions which will be provided. Please note that coupons are not valid for some events.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY GROUPON/WAGJAG VOUCHER?
If you purchased a voucher from a 3rd party discount site and would like a refund, please contact the coupon site directly as they are responsible for arranging a refund with you.This article mentions your favorite at super low prices. Choose from same-day delivery, swisswatch.is drive-up delivery or order pickup.
DOES THE EVENT PRICE INCLUDE FOOD & DRINKS?
Food and drinks are NOT included in the price of your ticket but are available at most venues for purchase. Some events allow the purchase of a pre-fixe meal menu together with the painting event, as offered by the specific venue for a specific event. By purchasing food & drink, you are supporting your local restaurant and encouraging more events to be made available to you.
IS YOUR PAINT SAFE? DOES IT STAIN?
In short, yes. We use a non-toxic, water based acrylic paint. It cleans off skin and surfaces with water. However, it is paint, and it can damage your clothing. While we do provide you with aprons, please don’t wear your best clothes. We warn you about this in our terms of agreement and we are not responsible for your clothes if they get damaged during a painting event.
THE EVENT SAYS IT IS "SOLD OUT" - CAN YOU SQUEEZE IN AN EXTRA PERSON?
Please email us at info@paintandcocktails.com with the date and location of the event you are referring to. We may be able to accommodate your request and open up an extra seat depending on the venue. If we can add a ticket we advise you go online and purchase that ticket immediately before someone else grabs it!
CAN I PAY CASH AT THE DOOR?
Sorry, but we can only sell tickets through our site www.paintandcocktails.com which accepts credit cards and Paypal. You can purchase a ticket using your phone at the door, providing the event is not sold out.
WHEN WILL A PAINTING I LIKE BE OFFERED AGAIN?
We repeat paintings on different days at different locations to give you a chance to recreate your favourite ones. If you are unable to find a date and location that works for you, consider hosting a private house party where you get to pick the painting! Email us at info@paintandcocktails.com to find out more.
HOW CAN I FIND PICTURES OF MY EVENT ON FACEBOOK?
Click on our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/paintandcocktails and click on albums. Look for the album with the date and venue you attended, click on that album and there you are!
HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?
1. Find an event on our event page at www.paintandcocktails.com 2. Click on “buy” and enter the number of guests you wish to purchase for. 3. Enter your name & email and your guest’s name & email and click “add to cart”. Tip: Ensure there is no space at the beginning of your email address 4. If you will be attending with others who have purchased their tickets separately, please enter their names in the box provided so we can seat you all together. 5. Click on “checkout” 6. Complete the checkout information/payment info 7. If you have a discount code or voucher number, enter it in the box Tip: Ensure there is no space at the beginning of the number if you paste it in the box 8. Click “Apply”. For mobile users: Click on “Show order summary” tab and click on the arrow to apply. 9. Once you have entered your information, click “submit order” and that’s it! You should see a confirmation screen and get an email confirmation.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GROUPON/WAGJAG VOUCHER?
After selecting an event you wish to attend, click BUY and then enter QUANTITY (if you purchased a Groupon for 2 – enter 2). Then ADD TO CART then CHECKOUT. Complete the CHECKOUT form. There will be a box to enter your voucher/discount/giftcard code. Then click APPLY. For Mobile: Click on “show order summary” tab and click the arrow to apply. Tip: Ensure that there is no space at the beginning of the code when you place/paste it in the box Please note that some events do not permit the use of vouchers or discounts. Please read the event listing carefully.
