Refunds & Transfers

What is the cancellation policy?

Everything you need to know about refunds. Please note that “You may cancel your evening with Paint & Cocktails at any time: however, there are no refunds or credits for unused tickets.” Tickets may be transferred into another event with available seating. 

What if I missed my scheduled event?

Tickets may be transferred up to 48 hours after your scheduled event.

If you need to transfer, you can do so by emailing info@paintandcocktails.com. Make sure you include the details of the reservation you need to cancel when you email us.

Can I change my reservation?

Please understand, while we want to be as flexible as possible, our events take planning, seats are limited, and our artists are compensated by tickets sold.

Can you refund my ticket?

There are no refunds or credits for unused tickets.

Groupon & Wagjag 

  • If you got it from a deal site like Groupon or Wagjag, you will need to contact them directly. 
  • Since you did not make a purchase through our website, we do not have the ability to refund you. However, we may be able to send you a code to use to reschedule for another event.  If you would like a refund you will need to contact the deal site (i.e. Groupon or Wagjag) where you purchased the voucher.
