How much does a corporate event cost?
Pricing depends on your group size, location and the type of event you’re planning. Tell us a little about your event and we’ll provide a clear quote before you book — no surprises, you’ll know the cost before committing.
How many people can participate?
We can accommodate both smaller teams and larger corporate groups. Tell us how many people you’re expecting and we’ll recommend the best setup. Don’t have a final headcount yet? That’s normal — an estimated number is enough to start planning.
Where can we hold the event?
Depending on your location and group size, your paint party may be held at your workplace, a restaurant or licensed venue, a meeting or event space, or another suitable location arranged by your organization. Not sure where to hold it? Just ask — we may be able to suggest options.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. If you have an appropriate space for your group, we can bring the Paint & Cocktails experience to you. We’ll let you know what we need for the event so you can determine whether your space will work.
Do we have to serve alcohol?
Absolutely not. Despite our name, cocktails are completely optional. Your event can include cocktails, mocktails, coffee, dinner, snacks — or no food or beverages at all.
What if some of our employees aren't artistic?
Perfect — they’re probably going to have more fun than they expect. Our events are designed for everyday people, not experienced artists, and your artist guides the group step-by-step. There’s no pressure to create a masterpiece.
Can we choose the painting?
Yes. We’ll help you select an option that suits your group and event. For holiday parties, you can choose something seasonal or select artwork that can be enjoyed year-round.
Can you create something specific for our company?
Ask us about customization options. Depending on the event, we may be able to incorporate a company theme or other personalized elements into the experience.
How long does a paint party take?
Most events are designed to give guests enough time to paint without making the evening feel like a class. We’ll recommend an appropriate length based on the painting and format you select.
What do you provide?
We provide the artist, painting instruction and the painting supplies included with your selected event package. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included before your event so there are no surprises.
What does our company need to provide?
Mostly, a suitable space and your guests. The exact requirements depend on where your event is being held — we’ll explain what’s needed during planning.
What if our number of guests changes?
Corporate headcounts change — we understand. Give us your best estimate when you inquire, and we’ll explain the deadlines and options for confirming your final attendance before you book.
Can people eat and drink during the event?
Usually, yes. If your event is at a restaurant or licensed venue, food and beverage arrangements are normally handled directly with the venue. Hosting at your workplace? Let us know your plans and we’ll help you think through the timing.
How far do you travel?
Paint & Cocktails hosts events in multiple communities across Ontario. Send us your event location and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate it.
Is this actually team building?
It can be — but it doesn’t have to feel like “team building.” Painting naturally gets people talking, laughing and interacting with coworkers. There are no trust falls or forced participation, just a shared experience your team can enjoy together.
How far ahead should we book our holiday party?
Earlier is better for November and December events. Thursday and Friday evenings and popular December dates can fill quickly. You don’t need every detail finalized to start the conversation — just your approximate group size and a few possible dates.
