PRIVACY POLICY AND COMMUNICATION WITH YOU

Any personally identifying information submitted through the Paint & Cocktails Service is subject to Paint & Cocktails’ Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By using the Paint & Cocktails Service, you are expressly and/or impliedly consenting to receive communications, electronic or otherwise, from Paint & Cocktails.  For example, Paint & Cocktails may send you newsletters about new Paint & Cocktails features, special offers, promotional announcements and customer surveys via email or other methods.  For Paint & Cocktails’ Canadian customers, your express and/or implied consent begins from the moment you utilize the Paint & Cocktails Service, and lasts until you (a) inform Paint & Cocktails that you no longer wish to receive such communications or (b) two years, whichever period is shorter.  If you no longer want to receive the newsletters, other promotional announcements or non-transactional communications, simply email info@paint&andcocktails.com and ask to be removed from such future correspondence.

In addition, by utilizing the Paint & Cocktails Service you expressly and/or impliedly consent to receiving electronic communications from Paint & Cocktails relative to your purchase, including notices about your purchase (e.g., change in event time or venue or Payment Method, confirmation e-mails and other transactional information), and information concerning or related to the Paint & Cocktails Service.  These communications are part of your relationship with Paint & Cocktails and you receive them as part of the Paint & Cocktails Service.  You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that Paint & Cocktails sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including, but not limited to, that such communications be in writing.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
